By reserving the lounge, the customer accepts our special terms and conditions for lounge rentals: Each lounge is handed over in perfect condition and is inspected by us and the customer before and after the rental period begins. Any damage to the cushions, LED lighting, or table discovered after the party will be billed to the customer. If the customer is not present by 2:30 a.m. on the day of booking, we reserve the right to reassign the lounge.

Free cancellation is possible up to 72 hours before the event. After that, we must charge 75% of the original invoice amount due to lost revenue.
