By reserving the lounge, the customer accepts our special terms and conditions for lounges: each
lounge is handed over in perfect condition and is inspected by both us
and the customer before and after the rental period. Any damage to the
upholstery, LED lighting, or the table that is detected after the party
will be charged to the customer. if the customer is not present
of the day of the bocking by on later then 02:30 uhr7a.m, we reserve the
right to ressign the lounge.

Free cancellation is possible up to 72 hours befor the start of the event.After that, due to the loss of revenue, we must charge 75% of the original invoice amount.
